seventh A selection of the six books aimed at older children.
Two of these are written especially for secondary school children and teenagers.
Included in this pack are:
Alex Rider Undercover (Anthony Horowitz)
My Awesome Guide To Getting Good at Stuff (Matthew Syed)
The Case of The Drowned Pearl (Robin Stevens)
The Day We Met The Queen (Onjali Q Rauf)
(Teen) SPLIT – Stand Up, Be Seen, Break Out (Muhammed Khan)
(Teen) The Kissing Booth: Road Trip! (Beth Reekles)
These books have been especially produced for World Book Day, and can be bought individually for £1, or with a £1 World Book Day token (which you will get at school, or you can also get at MacDonald’s, or through a registered group) Tokens are valid from 27th February until 29th March, and can be exchanged by individual children for a £1 book or against a book costing £2.99 or more. Tokens can be redeemed here with Nickel Books or at any other bookshop.
We cannot accept the tokens through the post, and we cannot accept bulk tokens from groups (the whole idea of World Book Day is for every child to own a book of their very own, and this is very important, which is why we can only accept tokens from or on behalf of actual children – parents/carers are allowed to bring them in for exchange, of course!)
